Dylan Schimka, CEO/Founder

Growing up in the suburbs just outside of Chicago, community has always been Dylan’s passion.

An honor roll student at Maine West High School he received numerous awards for leadership and community involvement including the Principle Leadership Award which is only awarded to two students each year. Still in HS, he placed among the top 10 in the nation for his public relations campaign.

In his time at Full Sail University he earned 1st & 2nd in the state of Florida for advertising and then went on to place top 15 in the nation for two categories, Entrepreneurship Challenge and Advertising Campaign. Volunteering in the community regularly was an important part of Dylan’s life on his way to graduating Salutatorian in 2016 for Sports Marketing & Media at Full Sail University. Unfortunately, while in college, Dylan was the victim of a failed car-jacking that left him in the hospital with a gunshot wound. It also left him with the resolve to heal the underserved communities plagued with these tragedies and maybe one day, even heal the young man that shot him. It would take more than a bullet to turn his mind and heart from serving the community.

Ready to bring his talents and passion to the world after college Dylan became a brand ambassador for the 3rd largest food pantry in central Florida, One Heart for Women & Children. Connecting corporations and influencers while proving concept on the many projects he won awards for in school led to the growth of One Heart’s audience by over 12,000% in 6 months, organically. Holding true to his love for community, marketing and sports led to working with professional athletes such as: NFL star running back Chris “CJ2K” Johnson launching Johnson Performance Supplements, MLB star shortstop Jemile Weeks with the launch of his new brand and former 2 time Heavyweight Champion of the World, Pinklon Thomas all of which tie into community initiatives.
